DESCRIPTION:Under the flagship of the MoU between ICAR–NMRI\, Chengicherla\, and St. Pauls College of Pharmacy\, a two-day training programme on “One Health – Driven Analytical Tools for Monitoring Zoonotic Pathogens and Residues” was conducted on 26th–27th February 2026 for 25 B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy students. \nWe were privileged to receive guidance from Dr. S. B. Barbuddhe\, Director of ICAR–National Research Centre on Meat\, whose expertise and leadership greatly enriched the sessions. This was followed by an insightful session by Dr. Deepak B. Kalpana\, Principal Scientist\, on Veterinary Drug Residue Analysis in Offals – Current Regulations\, which provided valuable knowledge on regulatory standards\, analytical methods\, and food safety compliance. \nThe workshop provided exposure to advanced analytical techniques including HPLC\, LC-MS/MS\, ELISA\, and PCR\, along with a valuable hands-on session on residual analysis \nThe programme significantly enhanced students understanding of food safety\, public health\, and the One Health approach\, effectively bridging theory with practical application. \nWe extend our heartfelt thanks to St. Pauls Management and our Principal and Professor Dr. Kiranmai Mandava for your constant vision\, encouragement\, and commitment to providing meaningful learning opportunities. Your support truly inspires us to grow academically and professionally. \nFaculty coordinators\nØ Dr. K. Anusha – Associate Professor\, Department of Pharmacology.\nØ Mrs. B.
