DESCRIPTION:𝗜𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 : 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 & 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 \nSt. Pauls College of Pharmacy\, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)\, organized an insightful session on “Startup Legal and Ethical Steps” on April 18\, 2026. \nThe session was delivered by Dr. Kiranmai Mandava\, Principal and Professor\, IIC President\, SPCP\, highlighting key areas such as business registration\, IPR\, regulatory compliance\, contract management\, and ethical business practices. Students gained valuable insights into avoiding legal pitfalls and building transparent\, responsible\, and sustainable startups. The interactive session fostered innovation with a strong legal and ethical foundation.
