SUMMARY:Day2: International Yoga Day Celebrations 2025
DESCRIPTION:International Yoga Day Celebrations 2025 – Yoga for One Earth\, One Health.\nDay 2: Yoga for Hypertension \nJune 17\, 2025 \n🧘 Yoga for Hypertension – Breathe Calm\, Live Calm 🧘‍♀️ \nOn Day 2 of our yoga awareness campaign at St. Pauls College of Pharmacy\, we focus on a condition that silently affects millions — Hypertension (High Blood Pressure). Often called the “ silent killer \,” hypertension is strongly linked to stress\, poor lifestyle\, and lack of physical activity. \n💚 Why Yoga for Hypertension? \n🩺 Reduces stress hormones (like cortisol and adrenaline)\n🧘 Enhances parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response\n🩸 Improves vascular function and heart rate regulation\n🌿 Encourages mindfulness and breathing techniques \nThrough a combination of grounding asanas and mindful breathing\, our Pharm D 3rd year student Mr. Mayank Sharma explored how yoga nurtures a calm mind and a healthy heart. \n🌱 Because when the mind is still\, the blood flows with ease.

SUMMARY:day5: International Yoga Day Celebrations 2025

In a world that’s constantly moving\, overstimulated\, and overwhelming\, mental health is more important than ever. \nYoga offers not only physical discipline but also a profound psychological refuge. By combining breath\, stillness\, and mindful movement\, yoga helps reduce anxiety\, depression\, and emotional fatigue—all while building resilience and inner calm. \nOur student Ms Gayathri from Pharm.D III Year practiced gentle and grounding techniques to manage stress\, regulate emotions\, and find stillness amidst chaos. \n🧘‍♀️ In a calm mind\, clarity flows.\n🧘‍♂️ In an aligned breath\, balance returns.\nYoga brings us back to ourselves—gently\, consistently\, and powerfully. \nIn every breath and every moment of stillness\, yoga teaches us to reset\, release\, and rise. \nA peaceful mind is the foundation for a peaceful world. 🌏
