DESCRIPTION:𝗜𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 \nSt. Pauls College of Pharmacy\, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Idea Club\, conducted a “Business Plan Poster Presentation” on April 29\, 2026. \nThe competition was organized to provide participants with a platform to present innovative business ideas in a concise and visually appealing format. The event aimed to encourage entrepreneurial thinking\, creativity\, and problem-solving among students. \nParticipants enhanced their skills in business planning\, market analysis\, and strategic communication. The event also facilitated interaction\, feedback\, and networking with peers and mentors\, promoting the development of viable and sustainable business models with real-world application potential. \nDr. Kiranmai Mandava\, President IIC & NISP\, declared the winners and awarded the 1st and 2nd prizes.

DESCRIPTION:𝗜𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 “𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗣𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗣 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀” \nSt. Pauls College of Pharmacy\, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)\, conducted a workshop on “Protecting IPR and IP Management for Startups” on April 28\, 2026. \nThe workshop was conducted by Dr. Somnath De\, Coordinator\, St. Pauls Patent Cell\, who provided valuable insights into the importance of safeguarding innovations and creative assets in startups. The session covered various forms of intellectual property\, including patents\, trademarks\, copyrights\, and trade secrets. \nParticipants gained practical knowledge on identifying\, protecting\, and strategically managing intellectual property throughout the startup lifecycle. The workshop also highlighted IP commercialization\, licensing opportunities\, and common legal challenges faced by startups. It emphasized the role of intellectual property as a key asset for business growth and competitive advantage.
