Recognizing this importance\, Smart Lab Tech Pvt Ltd and St. Pauls College of Pharmacy have joined forces to establish SPAR PHARM\, an innovative initiative that was inaugurated on August 28\, 2024\, at St. Pauls College of Pharmacy. \nThe Inauguration of SPAR PHARM : A New Era in Pharmaceutical Education \nThe inauguration of SPAR PHARM marked a significant milestone in the partnership between Smart Lab Tech Pvt Ltd and St. Paul’s College of Pharmacy. This collaborative effort aims to foster a symbiotic relationship between academia and industry\, enabling students to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful research and projects. These laboratories may pave way to carryout quality research projects\, industrial consultation projects\, and diverse training programs to impart indistry- ready skill set to any aspirants with life sciences background. \nThe ceremony was attended by key figures\, including St. Pauls College of Pharmacy Management -Sri K. Sudhir\, Chairman and Sri T. Raghava Reddy\, secretary\, Principal-Dr. Mandava Kiranmai\, Honorary Research Advisor -Dr. Prakash Katakam\, Sri P.V. Satya Prasad\, Managing Director of Smart Lab Tech Pvt Ltd\, Dr. Subramanian S. Iyer\, Technical Advisor of Smart Lab Tech\, Sri Maruthi Prasad and all the students and staff of both organizations. Their presence underscored the significance of this partnership and the shared commitment to advancing pharmaceutical education\, research and training. \nSPAR PHARM is designed with clear objectives that align with both academic excellence and industry requirements. The initiative focuses on two primary modules: \nProjects & Research Works: This module emphasizes the importance of research and innovation in the pharmaceutical field. Students will engage in real-world projects\, working alongside industry professionals to address current challenges and contribute to cutting-edge research. \nIndustry ready Skill Set Training: Understanding the need for practical skills in the workforce\, this module offers specialized training programs that enhance students’ technical abilities and prepare them for the demands of the industry. This training will align with the objectives of HIBI MSME\, ensuring that students gain relevant and up-to-date skills. \nAdditionally\, under SPAR PHARM \, three advanced laboratories were proposed\, named The Quest( Basic to advanced analysis)\, Genesis( R&D)\, and Optima( Formulation to FR&D). These labs are designed to serve as hubs to incubate innovation and research\, providing students and other aspirants with state-of-the-art facilities to explore and develop new ideas. \nAligning with the Future: HIBI MSME Collaboration \nSPAR PHARM alignment with St.Pauls-HIBI MSME (Micro\, Small & Medium Enterprises) further strengthens its commitment to equipping students with the skills needed to excel in the pharmaceutical industry. By focusing on industry-relevant training and research\, Spar Pharm not only prepares students for successful careers but also contributes to shape their careers as entrepreneurs. \nThe launch of SPAR PHARM is a testament to the power of industry-institute partnerships in shaping the future of pharmaceutical education. DESCRIPTION:Training and Placement Cell\, St. Pauls College of Pharmacy has organized a campus placement drive on 23.07.2027 in association with HETERO Hyderabad in the departments of Quality Assurance\, Quality Control\, Production and Manufacturing and Research and Development. \nA total number of 85 students have attended the drive from B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy belonging to 2023-24 and 2024-25 batches. The interview comprises of two rounds\, written test -aptitude followed by technical round. Out of 85 students 55 students appeared and have cleared the first round and shortlisted for technical round. \nThe team was led by Mr. Subrahmanyam AGM-QC. Her commitment to make dreams come truly made the event and our student volunteers shine brighter as stars at the event. Mrs. P. Naga Haritha Assistant Professor SPCP has been nominated as the anchor for inaugural ceremony of IPC celebrations\, who portrayed the best compeering skills making the college proud. \nThe IPASF student chapter of SPCP took to the stage as stage committee: technical team of boys and girls in the stage committee who dedicated their full potential to mark the event as the best with outmost support of the Principal Dr. Kiranmai Mandava. From the tiniest job of arranging to the welcoming and receiving of the guests and attendees\, our students poised great skills of organization and discipline. \nThis grand inaugural ceremony of 73rd IPC celebrations is held at the Hi-tex Exhibition Hall Hyderabad\, drawing eminent personalities from various segments of the pharmaceutical industry. The ceremony was graced by the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister Shri. Batti Vikramarka Garu\, whose keynote address focused on the critical need for innovation and continuous research in the pharmaceutical landscape. The address emphasized the symbiotic relationship between academia and industry\, setting a forward-looking tone for the event. \nThe day started with a prayer song by our college IPASF student members and was later on proceeded by the anchor Mrs. P. Naga Haritha. The guests of the day Shri. Duddilla Sridhar Babu \,Minister Information Technology\, Electronics & Communications; Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs\, Shri Komatireddy Venkat Reddy- Minister Roads & Buildings\, Cinematography took to the event to remind that the 73rd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress in Hyderabad was a testament to the vibrant and dynamic nature of the pharmaceutical industry and its development. Adding that this event successfully brought together academia and industry\, promoting collaborations that promise to propel the field forward. As the congress concluded\, participants left with a renewed sense of inspiration and a collective commitment to advancing pharmaceutical sciences for the betterment of society. \nOur IPASF girl members have showcased their talent through a dance number with applause. \nThe event is a conquest with SPCP being the pioneering committee for the day.

DESCRIPTION:Awareness program on 18th April 2024 regarding the elections\nVoting is the only choice for every citizen to elect the appropriate leader for the bright future of its country.\nTo imbibe such awareness on the first time and right voting\, Turkyamjal municipal Commissioner has conducted an Election Awareness program on 18th April 2024 regarding the election. \nNow a days in urban areas the voting percentage are getting low as per the ECI as the rural areas voting percentage is high.\nSo\, the Turkyamjal municipal Commissioner has conducted a session regarding the voting as every youth has to come forward and do the voting.\nOur sincere thanks to our beloved principal Dr. Kiranmai Mandava and our management.

DESCRIPTION:IPA-SF NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL 2024Learning gets more value on field and with hands on experience.\nThe team of IPA-SF St Pauls Chapter are glad to be a part of such learning in the 13th IPA STUDENT CONGRESS held at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology\, Haryana on the theme “Empowering Future Pharma preneurs for Navigating Health Technology’’. We are happy to share that 12 students from our college have participated vigorously in the event to take the learning of becoming a successful Pharma preneurs. \nA Hearty congratulations to Almala Aiman Pharm D second year for receiving first prize 🏆 in poster presentation and Aastha Thakur Pharm D second year for receiving the second prize 🏆 in Singing Competition organised as a part of cultural activities at the event.\nOur students once again have proved our college potential by their extraordinary performances making us all proud.\nThe students met Dr.TV Narayana sir IPA President\, Dr. A. Ramkishan Joint Drug Controller\, Dr.S. Vidyadhara\, IPA Education Division Chairman and we feel honoured for congratulating and encouraging our chapter for further journey. \nA Heartfelt thanks to Sainath Chary Gannoji Imm Past President IPA-SF NEC\, Vrushali Doshi President IPA-SF NEC\, Mohit Manichandra Secretary IPA-SF NEC for coordinating and supporting us. \nWe would like to thank our Chairman Mr.K. Sudhir\, Principal and Mentor Dr.M. Kiranmai\nMentors: Dr. Somnath De\, Mrs. P. Naga Haritha\, Dr. Nikitha Gupta for encouraging us in participating in such events.\nWe would also take an opportunity to appreciate B. Mallikarjun Chairperson\, A.N.
