Pharm VII  Semester students secured Second Prize with a cash award of ₹3000 at the Harithon Eco Hackathon 2025\, organized by the Ministry of Environment\, Forest and Climate Change\, Government of India\, held on 05.01.2026 under the abled guidance of Dr. Sneha Thakur The team “Innovation Architects” presented an innovative project titled “Eco Drop – A Smart\, Reward-Driven E-Waste & Healthcare Electronics Collection Ecosystem\,” which highlights sustainable solutions for responsible e-waste and healthcare electronics management\, reflecting creativity\, teamwork\, and environmental responsibility.   \nThe team sincerely thanks the Management\, Mentors\, and Principal Dr. Kiranmai Mandava for providing the opportunity\, guidance\, and continuous support to explore\, innovate\, and excel on a national platform. The College Congratulates the entire team on this remarkable achievement.

SUMMARY:Awareness Session on Problem Identification and Prototyping
DESCRIPTION:𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴  \nAwareness session on 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 was successfully conducted under the IIC flagship for 100 students and faculty. The session\, led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗸 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻\, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿\, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆\, focused on identifying root causes using user-centric approaches and understanding prototyping as an iterative tool for innovation. DESCRIPTION:𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 – 𝗥&𝗗 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀\, 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀\, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻  \nA guest lecture on “Decoding Histamine 2 Receptor Signalling as a Novel Strategy Against Hypertensive Heart Disease” was successfully conducted at St. Pauls College of Pharmacy (Autonomous)\, Hyderabad\, on 24th January 2026. The session aimed to enhance R&D awareness\, explore various funding sources\, and emphasize problem identification to address real-world challenges.  \nThe lecture was delivered by Dr. Ajay Godwin Potnuri\, Scientist–I\, Department of Pharmacology\, AIIMS\, New Delhi\, under the able coordination of Prof. Somnath De\, HoD\, Department of Pharmacology.   \nDr. Potnuri elaborated on the role of Histamine 2 receptor signalling in cardiovascular pathology and discussed its promising therapeutic potential in hypertensive heart disease. The session was highly informative and interactive\, witnessing enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty members.  \nThe college sincerely thanks the management for their constant support and extends heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Kiranmai Mandava\, Principal\, for her visionary guidance in promoting academic excellence and research-oriented learning. The session proved to be highly beneficial and added significant academic value to all participants.
