St.Pauls College of Pharmacy, Turkayamjal, Hyderabad prescribes the calendar of events for each semester at the beginning of the academic year. The institute complies with the calendar of events (academic calendar) almanac provided by Osmania University.
  • It includes semester wise system with the commencement of academic year and conduction of internal and external examinations.
  • The college through a consultative process with the university and other administration process ensures that all the components of the curriculum are coordinated, taught and Evaluated by the academic staff.
  • The academic calendar instructed by the Osmania University serves as a guidance to the faculty in the preparation of the course plan that provides the information about the subjects,assigned faculty for teaching, internal assessment schedules and other necessary information such as various curricular and extracurricular activities.
  • On the basis of the academic calendar and the course plan, the faculty members of respective subject prepares the semester teaching plan for both theory and practical classes prior to the commencement of the course and it is approved by the head of the department and the same is available to the students.
  • The finalized academic calendar is then available on the college website/ distributed to all the internal stake holders.
  • The principal and head of the departments along with B. Pharmacy program coordinator conducts a meeting regularly during the academic year for syllabus review, to review the adherence of academic calendar, deviations etc which is discussed to finalized for approval by the principal.
  • The details regarding adherence of the academic calendar are provided and college closely adheres to the dates prescribed by Osmania University.
  • The notified calendar of events occurring in all the academic years is also followed intently.
