Awareness on ideas and innovation acts as a powerful connecting link that drives growth by fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and experimentation. The session led by Mrs. Jagruthi, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical chemistry, St. Pauls College of Pharmacy, inspired participants to think creatively, embrace diversity, encourage cross-pollination of ideas, and transform concepts into impactful solutions. By learning from failures and leveraging the right resources, individuals and organizations can cultivate innovation and accelerate progress.
