Observed every year on June 21, International Yoga Day emphasizes the ancient Indian wisdom of uniting the body, mind, and spirit through the practice of yoga. This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” highlights yoga’s role in promoting both individual well-being and planetary harmony.
Yoga is more than just physical postures—it’s a lifestyle rooted in mindful living, sustainable habits, and inner peace. When we take care of our health, we are also better equipped to take care of the world around us.

As part of our commitment to health and holistic education, our students are participating in a 5-day yoga awareness campaign (June 16–20), with each day focusing on a specific health condition—from back pain to mental health.
📅Day 1 – June 16th 2025: Yoga for Back Pain
Prolonged sitting, poor posture, and stress often contribute to chronic back pain, especially among students and professionals. But yoga offers gentle and effective relief by improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and strengthening the spine.
