On the final day of our 5-day Yoga Awareness Campaign at St. Pauls College of Pharmacy , we turned inwardâtowards the mind and emotions. In a world thatâs constantly moving, overstimulated, and overwhelming, mental health is more important than ever.
Yoga offers not only physical discipline but also a profound psychological refuge. By combining breath, stillness, and mindful movement, yoga helps reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional fatigueâall while building resilience and inner calm.
Our student Ms Gayathri from Pharm.D III Year practiced gentle and grounding techniques to manage stress, regulate emotions, and find stillness amidst chaos.
