🧠 Yoga for Mental Health – Stillness Within, Strength Beyond 🌿

On the final day of our 5-day Yoga Awareness Campaign at St. Pauls College of Pharmacy , we turned inward—towards the mind and emotions. In a world that’s constantly moving, overstimulated, and overwhelming, mental health is more important than ever.

Yoga offers not only physical discipline but also a profound psychological refuge. By combining breath, stillness, and mindful movement, yoga helps reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional fatigue—all while building resilience and inner calm.

Our student Ms Gayathri from Pharm.D III Year practiced gentle and grounding techniques to manage stress, regulate emotions, and find stillness amidst chaos.

🧘‍♀️ In a calm mind, clarity flows.
🧘‍♂️ In an aligned breath, balance returns.
Yoga brings us back to ourselves—gently, consistently, and powerfully.

In every breath and every moment of stillness, yoga teaches us to reset, release, and rise.
